It’s the third book in my Mindfulness Moments for Kids series, and this one might just be the cutest.
Bunny Breaths teaches young ones a simple, fun breathing exercise to help them focus their energy in a positive way, and it can be done anywhere: in the backseat of a car, at home, or in line at the grocery store!
