LET'S MOVE!


Virtual school, activities canceled, the weather getting cold—it all adds up to kids not getting enough exercise. 

Getting them moving is always important, but it’s critical now. In addition to increasing memory, perception, and the ability to pay attention, which will all greatly help with the Virtual School Blues, physical activity helps kids release stress and anxiety, and fires up those endorphins—it just plain gets them in a better mood.
