Kira will read and demonstrate simple, fun mindfulness exercises from her bestselling children’s mindfulness books Breathe Like a Bear, Peaceful Like a Panda, and her Mindfulness Moments for Kids series, all designed to help children calm themselves down, focus their energy, and release stress.
She’ll also lead simple, yoga-based movement, fun and kid- friendly rhythm games, and bring along her guitar to play some original songs from her seven award-winning children’s albums!
