Rockin’ Yoga is a highly interactive music, yoga and mindfulness assembly. Kira and her musical friends will rock your school! This is not a sitting-down, stare-at-the-presenter type of assembly--every student (and the teachers!) will be up moving, dancing, and doing simple, fun yoga. Kira includes call and response and rhythm games, SEL-based, age-appropriate mindfulness exercises, and tons of movement and songs.
